On Tuesday's edition of Live from E!, Jason Kennedy, Ken Baker and Melanie Bromley discuss the question that everyone is asking: Did Kate Middleton actually eat at a McDonald's?
Melanie sure doesn't think so. She speculates, "I think [Kate] walked past the McDonald's sign, because Prince George was in the car with an assistant. Why would she leave the baby and the assistant in the car, go in, eat a Big Mac and come back out again? It just doesn't make any sense."
Either way, Kate looks great out and about just weeks after the birth of baby George.

Next up, the panel talked about Miley Cyrus' video "Wrecking Ball," which anyone who isn't living under a rock has probably seen (it has more than 27 million views to date). The song is also iTunes' No. 1 download.
Is this Miley's "latest grab for attention"? Jason seems to think so. Shocker, right? Apparently, she's creatively in charge and this whole "licking a sledgehammer" concept was her idea. But the trio also discussed that this new persona is working for her, because people are constantly talking about her so she's staying relevant.
Working, or twerking?

Lastly, the panel discussed today's second-most talked about viral video, "Worst Twerk Fail Ever."
After seven days and 9 million YouTube views, Jimmy Kimmel reveals that the video was a total hoax, and the woman twerking was actually a stuntwoman. Kimmel says they had put the video online for two months and wanted to see what would happen to it without any social-media promotion.
Brilliant move, Jimmy Kimmel.
